Workforce ships its first real roster: eleven ready-made AI employees for sales, marketing, support, contracts, recruiting, bookkeeping and more — hire one and it provisions itself. Call history arrives with records, chat chips and a Calls panel, billing was rebuilt from the ground up with Pix support, and the Workload view is dramatically faster.

New Features

Eleven AI Employees, Ready to Hire

Workforce now ships a catalog of first-party AI employees you can hire in one click — each arrives with its own boards, automations, knowledge and standing jobs already set up (#3394, #3412):

  • Luma, Social Media Manager — drafts a weekly content plan onto a content calendar board, waits for your approval, then publishes to X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, writes the live URL back to the row, and repurposes each post into native variants per network.
  • Iris, GTM Enrichment Analyst — researches new leads and accounts on the open web, fills in industry, size, location and a sourced summary, scores them against your ideal customer profile, and flags the ones that need a human. Never invents a fact or a source.
  • Juno, Speed-to-Lead Qualifier — answers a new inbound lead within minutes, researches and qualifies it, then shares the right rep's real booking link so the lead books itself.
  • Nilo, Contracts Clerk — keeps a contracts board, sends documents for signature behind a human approval, chases the unsigned, and files signed or declined results automatically.
  • Mila, Meeting Notetaker — every hour, reads new meeting notes, files action items onto a board with the stated owner and due date, writes a recap, and posts it to the channel.
  • Nova, Fundraising Assistant — keeps an investor pipeline board, researches funds with sources, and drafts warm intros.
  • Lia, Receptionist, Hugo (recruiting), Vera (bookkeeping), Otto, Remi and Nina (support) round out the roster.

Supporting this, agents gained real authority to work on your behalf:

  • Calendar authority — an agent can read a specific person's schedule and create, update, or cancel events for them, through an explicit, revocable grant — never by impersonation.
  • Inbox reading — agents on the automation surface can read email threads, so a single agent can both read a message and reply to it.
  • Document signing — agents can send a document for signature and react when it comes back signed or declined.
  • Full column parity — an agent can now create, configure, change and delete any board column a human can, using exactly the permissions of the person it acts for. Formulas it writes are validated against the real grammar before they're saved, so a made-up function never reaches your board (#3387).
  • Resilient bulk work — a loop step can now skip a failing item and keep going instead of losing the whole run, finishing with a partial-success result (#3412).

Call History

  • Every call, recorded — a new call history records who was invited and what happened (joined, declined, missed) with timestamps (#3388).
  • Call chips in your DMs — missed and completed calls appear inline in the conversation with duration, and a "Call back" button on missed calls.
  • A Calls panel in meeting rooms — a paginated Calls tab in the voice room details, and missed-call notifications that take you straight there.

Billing, Rebuilt

A complete overhaul of the billing experience (#3395, #3381):

  • A cleaner billing home — billing profile, payment methods, invoice list with search, invoice payment, and a subscription summary all in one rebuilt workspace billing page.
  • Pix support — pay with Pix, one-time or recurring (Pix Automático), alongside cards.
  • One payment method, done right — saving a payment method makes it the default and replaces the previous one instead of piling up cards; re-saving the same card is just an update.
  • Schedule your changes — schedule a cancellation or a switch to pay-as-you-go at the end of your period, with a clear indication that a change is pending.
  • Never locked out by a webhook delay — checkout now confirms directly instead of waiting on background events, and a failed payment shows as past due rather than freezing your workspace.

A Refreshed Conversation UI

  • Chat, polished — a redesigned composer toolbar with ghost buttons and a filled send button, quick reactions on the hover toolbar, a shared message menu for pin/forward/copy, restyled reactions and date dividers, a new header with a members button, and fresh empty states for channels and DMs (#3397).

Bug Fixes

  • Agents speak your language — a hired agent now replies in the language of your message instead of the workspace default (#3411).
  • Workload view — an 11,000-row board's Workload view no longer slows the whole app; vacation days are no longer off by one, and changing "Color tasks by" or editing the view no longer wipes member capacities (#3370).
  • Ask Copera attachments — attachments are normalized and upload correctly for durable runs (#3384).
  • Automations — duration values write correctly (#3379), unchanged edits are rejected instead of creating an empty new version (#3413, #3414), the trigger-row link default is correct (#3402), and the JSON condition editor works again (#3400).
  • Assistant typo recovery — the assistant now recovers from a mistyped tool name instead of ending the turn (#3399).
  • Kanban — dropping a card onto an empty lane works reliably (#3380).
  • Rollup filters — rollup condition filters are stable again (#3391).
  • Status visibility — per-status row visibility is enforced consistently (#3405).
  • Column loading — fixed loading of columns with prefixed identifiers (#3404).
  • Board schemas — board schemas stay transport-safe on large boards (#3409).
  • Inbox filters — the "overdue" inbox filter no longer comes back empty (#3383).
  • Calendar RSVPs — attendee matching is fixed, and an RSVP can no longer be submitted on someone else's behalf (#3385).
  • WhatsApp formatting — bulleted lists now render correctly in WhatsApp messages (#3407).
  • Calls layout — call controls no longer overlap, and the unanswered-call view lays out correctly (#3403, #3408).
  • AI action cards — action cards no longer shrink out of shape (#3406).
  • Replies — a pending reply is cleared when you switch conversations (#3398).
  • Public API column creation — creating a column through the connector works again (#3401).
  • Push notifications — device tokens are matched consistently, and tokens from devices that stopped checking in are cleaned up, so you don't get notifications on a device you no longer use (#3390, #3393).
  • Voice messages — voice uploads are converted on save so they play in every browser.

Improvements

  • Workload gets smarter — effort for a task with multiple assignees can be split between them or counted in full for each, and the view now loads only the bars in your visible window (#3370).
  • Support directory — support agents now appear under the Support category filter, and the directory has a "Load more" so you can browse past the first page (#3412).
