You can now run polls directly inside any conversation, open a rich member profile to see a teammate's teams, links, and active time, and let AI actions work on meeting-bot recordings across your whole workspace. WhatsApp numbers reconnect in one tap, Workforce can publish to Meta, and the automation builder now speaks your language.

New Features

Conversation Polls

  • Run a poll in any conversation — create a poll right inside a conversation, vote on the choices, and optionally hide who voted for a fully anonymous poll. Results update live for everyone as votes come in (#3241).

Member Profiles & Active Time

  • See who's around at a glance — a new member profile dialog shows a colleague's teams, social links, and status in one place.
  • Active time, tracked everywhere — "online activity" is now called "active time" and is tracked seamlessly across the desktop app and the web, including when your screen locks or goes idle, so you get a clearer picture of when teammates are actually around.

Meeting-Bot AI Actions

  • AI actions on bot recordings, workspace-wide — the agentic meeting AI actions now also run on meeting-bot recordings across your workspace, with a "Manage AI Actions" panel to create, edit, run, and retry them, and result cards showing summaries plus clickable artifacts (#3233).
  • Run and retry from the transcription — run, retry, or open any meeting action straight from the transcription viewer, and jump into a failed action directly from its notification.

Automation Builder, Fully Translated

  • Every block in your language — each automation block's name and description now appears in your language across the canvas, inspector, palette, search, and run history (#3233).

More Automation Triggers

  • Trigger on activity and comments — automations can now trigger on row activity and on comments, with richer comment details, timestamps, and the person who acted available to later steps (#3235).

WhatsApp — Reconnect Unlinked Numbers

  • One-tap reconnect — a new reconnect button lets you relink a disconnected, expired, or pending WhatsApp number without having to disconnect it first, and your channels refresh automatically once the number is relinked.

Workforce — Social Publishing

  • Publish to Meta from Workforce — schedule and publish social content to Meta platforms directly from Workforce, with a new connector kit for linking your accounts (#3257, #3260).

Bankai — Vision Mode & Richer Voice Stats

  • A new vision mode and streaks — Bankai now tracks a "vision" usage mode alongside your other modes, and your voice stats include a per-mode breakdown plus current and longest streaks.

Bug Fixes

  • Board views — fixed instability when switching and rendering board views (#3237).
  • Grid attachments — inline attachment uploads now appear in the cell and in the open file panel immediately, without a page reload, and the picker stays disabled while the upload saves (#3244).
  • SLA columns — SLA cells are color-coded by their state and their values are centered, custom thresholds and business calendars are respected, and the restored grid footer keeps totals visible (#3251, #3258).
  • Unsaved changes — board view tabs now show a blue dot when a view has unsaved filter, grouping, sort, or timescale changes (#3243).
  • Import modal — the bulk-mapping row no longer overflows the dialog on narrow screens and wraps gracefully instead (#3245).
  • Table import — blank column mappings are skipped, so imports no longer carry empty columns.
  • Inbox permissions — you now get a clear message when you don't have permission to move emails between folders, and the move controls are hidden when you can't use them (#3246).
  • Chat messages — fixed a validation issue that could block some non-poll chat messages from sending (#3252).
  • Bankai vision — screenshots captured in Bankai's vision mode are delivered reliably again (#3253).
  • Bankai on direct calls — holding Bankai now correctly mutes and deafens you during one-on-one and group calls, not just in meetings (#3248).
  • Automation messages in your language — automation validation messages now appear in your language instead of always in English (#3249).
  • Public document viewer — the shared document header no longer overlaps on phones and tablets, with a compact search and contact button on small screens (#3250).
  • Voice channels — a guest who asks to join from a second device no longer sends the host a duplicate join request, and pending join requests are cleaned up reliably.
  • Windows update banner — the app update banner now shows correctly on Windows (#3256).
  • Mac meeting toast — the meeting-detection toast is back on Mac (#3255).
  • Window titles — fixed unstable window titles on the desktop app (#3239).

Improvements

  • Member profile polish — refreshed spacing, team display, and social links give the member profile dialog a cleaner, more readable layout.
  • Steadier app startup — the app now recovers gracefully if startup or restoring your cached data ever stalls, so you're far less likely to get stuck on a blank screen.
  • Accurate storage usage — your storage usage stays consistent across views, refreshes automatically as you approach your limit, and updates right away when your plan changes.
  • Email readability — low-contrast text in received emails is normalized, so it stays readable in every theme.
  • Direct messages — a new right-click menu on DMs with settings and a hide action.
  • Scheduler polish — zero-duration milestones no longer stack incorrectly in month and week calendar views, workload views validate their fields with clear errors, and CSV import handles malformed data more gracefully.
  • Cleaner badges — tidied-up unread and communicate badges (#3234).
