The biggest week yet for the AI Workforce: a hired agent is now a real teammate with its own memory, routines, skills, budget and a rulebook you write in plain language — and it can reply in a shared inbox or hand work to another agent. Alongside it, Ask Copera stops losing what you were typing, can be steered while it is running, and ends turns honestly instead of showing a red card for something you asked it to stop. Instagram messaging arrives in the Inbox, voice channels get a shared music queue, and the Inbox finally works properly on a phone.

Copera's pricing becomes three simple layers — a platform that is free forever for unlimited members, one AI usage plan per workspace with a weekly allowance that resets, and add-ons you buy one at a time. Alongside it: a rebuilt Spark editor where the camera is finally its own layer you can move after recording, PDF export for Artifacts, and an Ask Copera that remembers what you tell it, branches from any message, and lets you undo an action it already committed.

You can now click any element inside an Artifact and leave a comment right there, Stories bring short workspace updates to your sidebar, and Copera gets a full redesign — a new Midnight default theme, per-area accent colours, and rebuilt AI Workforce, Automations and Ask Copera screens.

Sparks is here — a full screen-recording studio built into Copera, with a camera bubble, instant share links, AI subtitles, dubbing, and editing by transcript. Ask Copera can now turn a single message into a finished, cited research report, and AI usage analytics gets a complete redesign.

Copera now speaks six languages. Copera Loop turns a chat message into a live collaborative block anyone in the conversation can edit, Experiences lets you ask the AI to build an interactive page you can share, and the automation builder gains a real run debugger with run-now, retry, and step-by-step inspection.

Workforce ships its first real roster: eleven ready-made AI employees for sales, marketing, support, contracts, recruiting, bookkeeping and more — hire one and it provisions itself. Call history arrives with records, chat chips and a Calls panel, billing was rebuilt from the ground up with Pix support, and the Workload view is dramatically faster.

Tempo's calendar and booking overhaul is now available to everyone, with Google-parity calendar behavior and Calendly-parity booking. Ask Copera runs now live on the server, so closing the tab no longer loses your turn — and it can finally book meetings, send messages, and prepare emails. Kanban gets per-lane summaries, and you can now pick your own date format and 12/24-hour clock.

Checklists are now a real board column with Trello-grade behavior, granular board permissions let you control who sees and edits each column, and the web app finally works properly in a mobile browser. You can also share an Ask Copera conversation with teammates, quickly filter your sidebar, and give threads real titles.
