AI Feed automatically extracts action items, chapters, and key topics from meeting transcriptions. Inbox now supports email attachments with drag-and-drop and inline images. Table comments gain internal and external visibility controls for better collaboration with external users. Plus voice-to-text in chat, raise hand for meeting channels, and nested Board formulas.

AI Feed — Transcription Agents​

Ask AI feed with transcription agents for intelligent content extraction (#2743):

  • Action items — automatically extract action items from transcriptions
  • Chapters — identify and segment transcription content into chapters
  • Key questions — surface important questions discussed in transcriptions
  • Topics extraction — detect and categorize topics from transcription content
  • Manual rerun — allow manual rerun of transcription agents for reprocessing

Board — Nested Formulas & Rollups​

Resolve nested formulas and rollups for calculated fields that reference other formulas (#2747):

  • Nested formula resolution — formulas can now reference other formula columns
  • Rollup support — rollup fields properly resolve nested formula dependencies
  • Calculated fields — improved accuracy for deeply nested calculated field chains

Meeting Channel — Raise Hand​

Raise hand sound and ordered speaker queue for organized meeting channel management (#2748):

  • Raise hand sound — audio notification when a participant raises their hand
  • Speaker queue — ordered queue system for organized speaker management
  • Visual indicator — clear visual display of raised hands and queue position

Internal & External Comments​

Visibility filtering for table row comments with security controls (#2470):

  • Visibility toggle — easily switch between internal and external comments
  • Internal only — internal comments are only visible to your workspace members
  • Guest privacy — external users and guests can only see comments marked as external
  • Legacy compatibility — existing comments remain accessible with proper visibility defaults
  • i18n support — full internationalization for comment visibility labels

Inbox — Email Attachments​

Email attachment support with inline image handling for the Inbox:

  • Drag-and-drop upload — drag files directly into the compose area with 25MB total size limit
  • File and image pickers — dedicated buttons for attaching files and images with upload progress
  • Inline images — paste or insert images directly into your email body

Inbox — Primary Recipient​

Swap primary recipient with automatic synchronization:

  • Recipient swap — change the primary recipient of an email thread
  • Automatic sync — mail server updates automatically when you change the primary recipient

Voice Transcription in Chat​

Voice-to-text transcription in the AI chat:

  • Microphone button — dedicated recording button in the chat input area
  • Recording indicator — visual indicator showing active recording state
  • Status display — real-time transcription status feedback
  • Multi-language support — transcription interface available in all supported languages
