This week brings a production-ready CSV import for boards with a guided wizard, two new board column types — Voting and Translate — and a unified Export History that tracks every export you've run. Bankai settings now sync across your devices, the meeting-channel lobby got smoother with grouped knocks and one-click admit, and we shipped a long list of inbox and board polish from your reports.

New Features

Boards — Guided CSV Import

Bring your data into a board with confidence (#3042):

  • End-to-end import wizard — upload a CSV and walk through mapping columns, matching people to workspace members, and mapping status and dropdown values to existing options or new ones
  • Live progress — a progress bar shows the import as it runs in the background, so large imports never freeze your screen
  • Safe by design — imports validate your data, skip invalid rows, and protect your row numbering from collisions

Boards — Voting & Translate Columns

Two new column types (#3047):

  • Voting column — let people vote on rows
  • Translate column — translate cell content into another language
  • Translate in bulk — apply translation across many rows at once with a bulk action (#3153)

Exports — Unified Export History

  • One place for every export — "My Exports" is now Export History, listing quick CSV downloads, advanced exports, and scheduled exports together, each tagged with how it was triggered, so a quick download is no longer the only export that vanishes the moment the file lands (#3112)

Meeting Channels — Smoother Lobby

A cleaner guest-admission flow (#3127):

  • Grouped knocks — when guests are waiting, the toast now shows one row per channel with a live count, instead of a separate prompt per guest
  • Admit and connect in one click — "Admit and Connect" (and "Admit All and Connect") admits waiting guests and drops you into the call at the same time
  • In-sync invites — accepting or declining a call invite now dismisses the incoming-call screen across all your devices at once

Bankai — Settings That Follow You

  • Sync across devices — your Bankai mode, onboarding progress, milestones, and the master on/off switch now live with your account and follow you across web, desktop, and workspaces, instead of being tied to one browser (#3120)
  • Full Linux parity — the Linux desktop app now matches Windows and macOS, including meeting detection, system-audio capture for Notes, notifications, and auto-launch, with a guide for getting the best experience on Linux (#3127, #3128)

Bug Fixes

  • Notifications — meeting reminders now use the correct time in each recipient's time zone (#3115)
  • Email — every notification email now arrives in the recipient's own language instead of the sender's (#3114)
  • Email — adding an email address no longer shows two error toasts (one in each language) for the same problem (#3116)
  • Inbox — read state in a shared inbox now syncs across all members, so marking an email read clears it for everyone (#3161)
  • Drive — share notifications no longer go to the person who did the sharing, now deep-link straight to the shared item, and show a confirmation toast (#3117, #3110)
  • Boards — your search text now persists, and the toolbar wraps instead of clipping when there's not enough room (#3113, #3109)
  • Boards — the "+" button stays flush with the board tabs when there's no overflow (#3070)
  • Chat & meetings — the jump-to-newest control is now a compact pill that fits narrow columns instead of overflowing (#3111)
  • Settings — the account settings flyout and workspace dropdown were repaired and polished, and the settings sidebar now scrolls on short screens (#3084, #3068, #3093)
  • Forms — the Publish button reappears after autosave on published forms, and the form link reads correctly on darker themes (#3092, #3079)
  • Meetings — the live meeting comments box was restored, screen-share cancellation no longer shows a spurious error in plain browsers, and the camera toggle is disabled when no camera is connected (#3087, #3097, #3091)
  • Comments — images in comment bubbles are now clamped to the bubble width instead of overflowing (#3094)
  • Transcriptions — the AI actions on transcriptions work again (#3076)
  • Schedule editor — Frequency and Time now sit on the same row, and recurring exports support end dates and multi-day weekly schedules (#3103, #3099)

Improvements

Forms — Upgraded & Hardened

  • A more capable form builder — the form editor got an upgrade with steadier preview theming, plus stronger protection on public form submissions: required fields are enforced, uploads are validated, and unsaved changes warn before you leave (#3104)

Bankai Notes

  • Share your notes — Bankai Notes can now be shared with teammates with roles, and deleting a note cleans up its recording and offers a library trash action (#3101, #3100)

Workspace Invites

  • A clearer invite flow — workspace invitations were rebuilt with a friendlier accept experience, the ability to resend or copy an invite link, and a notification to the inviter when someone joins (#3119 and related)

Help

  • Community forum & report-a-bug — the in-app help now points to the Copera community forum, and Copera staff can configure the report-a-bug link (#3080, #3096)
