Copera Bookings brings Calendly-grade scheduling right into Tempo with two-way Google Calendar sync, a new connector lets you bring your favorite AI assistant to your boards and docs, meetings gain agentic AI actions, and every meeting transcription now lives in one place.

A polish-and-reliability week between the big launches. Copera Time is now Copera Tempo, with a calendar experience overhaul that fixes dialog layering, cleans up email invitations, and adds keyboard shortcuts and move-undo. The app also gets instant-on reload so it paints the moment you refresh, a one-step way to replace a departing teammate, Drive parity with Google Drive, and a round of grid, export, and meeting fixes.

A landmark week. Copera Time arrives as a brand-new Calendar, Gantt-style Timeline, and Agenda — all built in-house and timezone-correct. We also shipped the new Infinite Canvas, WhatsApp Channels to message contacts from inside Copera, a redesigned AI-personalized onboarding, simpler Blocks pricing, a referral program, passkey logins, smarter AI, and board view tabs with pinnable default views.

This week ships a brand-new high-performance Grid View for boards, built to handle large tables smoothly, along with Monday-style view tabs and per-user display modes. Formula and Rollup columns now format their results like Airtable and gained powerful new functions, transcriptions can be shared with roles, and right-click context menus arrived across chat and the navigation sidebar.

This week brings a production-ready CSV import for boards with a guided wizard, two new board column types — Voting and Translate — and a unified Export History that tracks every export you've run. Bankai settings now sync across your devices, the meeting-channel lobby got smoother with grouped knocks and one-click admit, and we shipped a long list of inbox and board polish from your reports.

This week introduces Bankai Notes — a meeting recorder that transcribes your calls live and writes an AI summary with key decisions and action items. We also shipped a world-class table-view exporter (CSV, Excel, JSON, scheduled exports, and saved presets), a Find-a-time availability scheduler for calendar events, major upgrades to Link, Lookup, and Rollup columns on boards, and a completely redesigned toast notification system.
