This week you can archive channels and boards to declutter your workspace, view rich member profiles with active-time insights, and run polls right inside your conversations — plus WhatsApp reconnect, Meta social publishing, and a wave of grid, import, and SLA fixes.

New Features

Archive Channels & Boards

  • Tidy your workspace without deleting anything — you can now archive text, voice, and classroom channels as well as boards to hide them from your everyday navigation. Archived items collapse into a dedicated "Archived" section and can be restored anytime; an archived board shows a read-only banner with a one-click unarchive. Only members with manage permission can archive or unarchive (#3164).

Member Profiles & Active Time

  • See who's around at a glance — a new member profile dialog shows a colleague's teams, social links, and status in one place. "Online activity" is now called "active time," tracked seamlessly across desktop and web, so you get a clearer picture of when teammates are active.

Conversation Polls

  • Run polls in any conversation — create a poll directly in a conversation, vote on the choices, and optionally hide who voted for a fully anonymous poll. Results update live for everyone as votes come in (#3241).

Workforce — Social Publishing

  • Publish to Meta from Workforce — schedule and publish social content to Meta platforms directly from Workforce, with a new connector kit for linking your accounts (#3257, #3260).

WhatsApp — Reconnect Unlinked Numbers

  • One-tap reconnect — a new reconnect button lets you relink a disconnected, expired, or pending WhatsApp number without having to disconnect it first, and your channels refresh automatically once the number is relinked.

Automations — Dynamic Values

  • Reference the row that triggered the automation — automations can once again pull dynamic values from the source row, along with trigger fields, timestamps, comment details, the person who acted, and earlier step outputs. Built-in validation now catches typos and incomplete references before the automation runs (#3266).

Bug Fixes

  • Grid attachments — inline attachment uploads now appear in the cell and in the open file panel immediately, without a page reload (#3244).
  • SLA columns — SLA cells are now color-coded by their state and their values are centered, and the restored grid footer keeps totals visible (#3251, #3258).
  • Unsaved changes — board view tabs now show a blue dot when a view has unsaved filter, grouping, sort, or timescale changes (#3243).
  • Import modal — the bulk-mapping row no longer overflows the dialog on narrow screens and wraps gracefully instead (#3245).
  • Inbox permissions — you now get a clear message when you don't have permission to move emails between folders, and a crash on certain folder updates is fixed (#3246).
  • Chat messages — fixed a validation issue that could block some non-poll chat messages from sending (#3252).
  • Bankai vision — screenshots captured in Bankai's vision mode are delivered reliably again (#3253).
  • Bankai on direct calls — holding Bankai now correctly mutes and deafens you during one-on-one and group calls, not just meetings (#3248).
  • Automation messages in your language — automation validation messages now appear in English, Spanish, and Portuguese instead of always in English (#3249).
  • Public document viewer — the shared document header no longer overlaps on phones and tablets, with a compact search and contact button on small screens (#3250).
  • Windows update banner — the app update banner now shows correctly on Windows (#3256).
  • Mac meeting toast — the meeting-detection toast is back on Mac (#3255).
  • Window titles — fixed unstable window titles on the desktop app (#3239).
  • Charts — fixed a crash that could occur on chart pages (#3265).

Improvements

  • Member profile polish — refreshed spacing, team display, and social links give the member profile dialog a cleaner, more readable layout.
  • Accurate storage usage — your storage usage now stays consistent across views, refreshes automatically as you approach your limit, and updates right away when your plan changes.
  • Steadier app startup — the app now recovers gracefully if startup or restoring your cached data ever stalls, so you're far less likely to get stuck on a blank screen.
