After our first-birthday release, we did not slow down. May brings four big launches at once: a brand-new high-performance Grid View for Boards, a full Team Calendar with availability and Find-a-Time scheduling, Bankai Notes and Bankai Vision for your voice superpower, and a proper Contacts experience that lives everywhere you work. On top of that: new board columns, a world-class export system, guided CSV import, and 80+ bug fixes.

New: Grid View for Boards
We rebuilt the way you work with rows. Grid View is a brand-new, high-performance spreadsheet-style view that replaces the old List view — and it's fast enough to fly through boards with thousands of rows.
- Built for scale — Smooth scrolling, instant editing, and crisp rendering even on very large boards
- Every column type, inline — Edit any of your columns directly in the grid, with the right editor for each field
- Row heights your way — Switch between compact, default, tall, and extra-tall to fit more rows or more detail; your choice is remembered per board
- Pinned essentials — Row title, expand, comments, and description stay anchored as you scroll sideways
- Add, reorder, resize, and delete columns right from the grid, with safe dependency checks before anything is removed
- Copy, paste, and keyboard navigation — Move around and bulk-edit cells the way you'd expect from a real spreadsheet
New: Team Calendar & Find a Time
Copera now has a full, shared Team Calendar — your day, week, and month in one real-time agenda — plus the scheduling tools to actually find a slot that works for everyone.
- Working hours and time off — Set your weekly working schedule per day and mark time off, so teammates know when you're available
- Find a time — A Google-Calendar-style availability view inside the event form shows each participant's free and busy windows side by side, so you can land on a time without the back-and-forth
- Schedule from anywhere — Click a slot to create an event, or jump straight to "Find a time" from the event form
- Contacts on your invites — External participants resolve to real contacts, with names and avatars right in the participant list

- On-demand AI summary — When you're done, generate a structured summary built from the whole conversation — and regenerate it any time
- Templates and context — Steer the summary with a template and a short context prompt so it focuses on what matters to you

- Undo send — Sent the wrong thing? Catch it with a Gmail-style undo window
- Reply from the right address — When a message arrives at one of your inbox aliases, your reply now goes out from that alias automatically — and you can pick the From address right in the inline reply
- Quieter spam — Known spam and auto-trashed mail no longer ping you, and if a message is reclassified as spam, its stray notification is cleaned up automatically
- Chat-style AI drafts — The AI reply composer now works like a chat box — type or dictate instructions and refine the draft conversationally

- Multi-turn editing — Reference earlier images in a conversation and ask for changes, building on what you already generated
- Editor image actions — A new actions menu on images in the editor, plus the ability to remove and reorder files right from the image preview

- Steadier meeting state — Joining, knocking, admitting, and reconnecting are all more reliable, with stale state cleaned up across room transitions
- Better speaker labels — Meeting transcriptions do a more careful job of matching what was said to who said it

- Saved actions that stick — Items you pin to your action bar now persist per workspace and stay in sync across your sessions
- Clearer billing alerts — A dedicated out-of-credits alert and a dismissible low-balance reminder so you're never caught off guard
- Smoother docs and boards navigation — Cleaner trees and a more consistent trash experience
- Drive share links that land — Click a "shared with you" notification and you go straight to the file, folder, or document — not a generic list

- Full Linux support — The Copera Desktop App now has full feature parity on Linux, including Bankai
- New Mac distribution — We moved to a direct download so you always get the latest version, with smoother automatic updates
- One-time permission setup on Mac — A single, clear permission gate at startup so everything works on the first try
- Reliable uploads — Failed uploads can now be retried instead of silently failing
