A leadership dashboard is only useful if someone reads it, understands what changed, and decides what to do. That "someone" is usually you, on a Sunday night, opening one board after another. This recipe hands the reading and the interpretation to the AI.

Pull the rows that matter from each board

Add a Find rows step for each board you want in the briefing — pipeline, delivery, budget, support. Name the boards and the lens. "Roll up Pipeline, Delivery, and Budget, focused on what's at risk" produces a far sharper briefing than "summarize everything." Be specific about which boards to read and what angle you want, and it holds that shape next time too.

Ask for the delta, not the snapshot. The narration's real value is what changed since last week — the deal that slipped, the milestone that moved, the metric that turned. Prompt for the change explicitly and the briefing stops being a status list and starts being a signal.
