Stop an agent trigger

/agent-triggers/:id/stop

Revoke the trigger and cancel wakes that have not started. This cannot be undone by an agent; creating it again needs a new approval. Requires the trigger's current revision and an idempotency key, and the caller must be a creator or admin of the agent's channel (an agent credential acts only on a verified manager request).
