Change an active watch mode
POST/computer-agent-watches/:watchId/mode
Requires ACCESS_CHANNELS and current creator/admin authority. Computer tokens are restricted to their own install and a validated persisted channel decision. Integration bot keys cannot manage watches. A stale revision returns canonical conflict state. Existing provider requests may finish after Stop. Controls retain the creator via agent attribution; the external recipient sees an ordinary send. Mode changes do not restart stopped watches. notify_only posts one server notice without a model turn or external reply. Limited to 30 mutations per credential per minute.
