List watches for one computer agent install

Requires ACCESS_CHANNELS and current channel membership. Watches never expire automatically. Returns safe metadata without manager guidance or source contents; source links are present only for authorized viewers. Computer tokens derive their install; other callers select an install they can access. Integration scopes alone grant no channel access. Stable pagination uses startedAt and id. Limited to 50 requests per credential per minute.
