Stop one watch
POST/computer-agent-watches/:watchId/stop
Requires ACCESS_CHANNELS and current creator/admin authority. Computer tokens are restricted to their own install and a validated persisted channel decision. Integration bot keys cannot manage watches. A stale revision returns canonical conflict state. Existing provider requests may finish after Stop. Controls retain the creator via agent attribution; the external recipient sees an ordinary send.
